UC Tech Implementation Services address all phases of the information management project lifecycle based on time-tested and practices to help our clients to meet their core business objectives.

Design - We design & customise solution based on your business objectives, requirements, and  service level agreements (SLAs).
Implement - We develop, test and deploy solution based on the design. We provide documentation and enable your team with knowledge transfer.
Support - Upon completion of the implementation phase, we provide our essential support for up to a month. This is to ensure that the project implementation phase  transits smoothly into operation mode.

UC Tech Residency Service provides you with our Resident Engineer who will work as a member of your team, helping with strategies, projects, ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.

UC Tech Managed Service begins with an initial assessment of your current environment to provide recommendations for optimization, etc. We will then provide a transition plan which is subsequently developed specifically to your existing people, processes and technology. The service is then run accordingly to the agreed SLAs.

The Assess, Design, Implementation and Support model is central to the UC Tech approach. For a start, we assess and document the current environment and related operational processes to ensure that the entire process and architecture are fully understood. We provide both an operational and technical assessment including recommended improvements and the TCO calculation for you to move to a managed service.

Once we complete the assessment phase, we design a solution that includes improvements to the architecture, and develop an operating plan to provide best practices for managing your environment. A transition process and plan is developed specific to your existing people, processes and technology.

In the Implementation phase, we then implement a series of improvements identified from the assessment phase, providing you with an environment that is both effective and efficient. Operations and change control  processes will be implemented, and monitoring tools to be integrated. Once all the implementation phase are complete, UC Tech will then operate accordingly to the agreed SLAs.
